Seller's Notes:Sofa was reupholstered when purchased 15 - 20 years ago. It has been lightly used especially in recent years. There are no scratches/holes/stains/cracks. It has been well maintained. The interior springs have popped but can be easily repaired. Please note the sofa is located on the walk in floor of apartment building. Just need to go up and down 4 outdoor steps. No elevator access or interior stair climb needed.
