Seller's Notes:Modern reproduction of French Art Deco style all polished brass chandelier, for sale by original owner. This elegant repro costing over $1000 new is all polished brass, with two matching fluted stem pieces coming down to a wider flattened spherical stem main body 12" in diameter and 3" height. From the main body are eight ornate brass curved arms supporting 8 platforms with sockets for candelabra base candle shaped bulbs, 25 to 60 watts. Eight mauve canopy cloth shades have standard clip-on for each bulb (so clip-on shades can be easily changed for any color). Dimensions: Entire chandelier measures 28" top to bottom (option to extend with any length choice of brass chain). Overall diameter measured across opposite candle positions is 24" candle post to candle post, 27" across with canopies. Diameter of large round brass stem piece is approx. 12 inches. Bottom ball shaped finial is 2.5" diameter. Comparable "new" 5 shade model sells on line at Vintage Hardware site for $895. (See last photo).
