Seller's Notes:This is an antique Chinese bed, which I purchased in the countryside outside of Beijing in 1997. According to “experts,” it likely dates from the 19th century. It is made of hardwood—possibly Hanhuamu or Hongmu—and features a top covered with straw and horsehair canvas. The dimensions are approximately 84" (length) x 47" (width) x 29" (height).
