Seller's Notes:This is an incredible piece. The frame’s detailing is fabulous and the mirror is high quality (beveled around the edges). The piece has real weight to it (heavy). It’s almost 5 feet by 3 feet. It was originally a gold frame, but was painted silver. Two of the sides show some gold (see pics). It was done that way to give it more character and to show the transition it went through. You can easily get silver paint and cover the remaining gold parts if it bothers you. But honestly I had this displayed both horizontally and vertically in my apartments and no one ever noticed the gold. Face on, it only shows silver and is truly a breathtaking frame. There is a wire on the back to hang it vertically. But with the weight, I decided to just lean it on my fireplace mantle/wall horizontally and when I moved apartments I leaned it against the wall vertically as a bedroom mirror. You’ll likely never find a mirror like this for this price. As you can see, I’m pricing the mirror to sell quickly. Not sure the exact age of the piece, I’ve owned it for 2 years, but it’s certainly older than that. You can pick it up from my doorman elevator building if you want to save on the delivery fee.
