Seller's Notes:I walked into a Virginia coffee shop in 1995 and saw this and asked the owner if he'd sell it to me. He said yes, and I bought it for $600 and then he and I walked it up the sidewalk to my house two blocks away. Then, a few years later I reupholstered it. Then another decade went by and I had it reupholstered again with a very durable fabric. Elaborate carved wood trim is in great condition, some scuffs on the feet due to normal wear and tear. The couch is in a house with a dog, but NO cats.
