Seller's Notes:My grandparents recently moved from their home and handed down to me this painting which they estimated they owned for 15 years. They purchased the painting at a Westchester, NY art gallery for ~$500, and both the painting and frame are in excellent condition. They have no pets and are not smokers. The frame and painting together weigh around 20 lbs, and they hung the paintings on their drywall for nearly the entire 15 year period with no issues.
