Vintage Teak Rocking Chair with Barnett Cushions
Product details
Seller's Notes:This vintage, teak wood rocking chair was purchased circa 1973, and used by my mother while nursing her three babies. It's been lovingly maintained, including being oiled every 6 months, but not used in the past 40 years. It's quite sturdily built, though not heavy, and can take at least 200 lbs of weight. The dark green, machine washable, corduroy Barnett cushions are newer and have been kept dust-free and dander-free in a bag (however, you can see in the detail pic there's a small indent in one side of a cushion). Each cushion has 4 ties to secure it to the rocking chair. The only visible flaw is a scratch on the underside of one rocker. It's been exposed to a non-shed-breed dog briefly, but no exposure to smoke or heavy perfumes. One side of seat cushion has permanent indent from a safety pin (see pic). I'm moving to a much, much smaller home, so it's time to let this go to a home where it will be loved and used.
