Seller's Notes:Hand woven in wool originating from Persia between 1950-1960, this vintage mid-century Persian Kilim is identified as a Kurdish rug, named for the titular nomadic tribe of the region renowned for their quality and style of production. This particular Kurdish Kilim presents classic traditional motifs in an exceptionally unique fashion, framing the iconic star motifs in the central field in a lower, more reserved blue with the richer red and orange colors lending a fabulous dimensionality to complement the length.
