Product details

Seller's Notes:Vintage Drexel Preface Campaign Dresser, manufactured in September 1983. A beautiful, well-made vintage piece featuring classic campaign-style brass hardware, four center drawers, and two side cabinets with additional interior drawers. Currently painted in a distressed white and gray finish, this dresser is an excellent candidate for restoration or refinishing. With its clean lines, original brass hardware, and timeless design, it has the potential to become a stunning statement piece. An example of the same model in its original wood finish is currently listed on 1stDibs for $2,850, illustrating its potential when restored. I originally purchased this dresser as a personal restoration project but unfortunately no longer have the time or space to complete it. **Condition:** Pre-owned and sold as-is, with visible wear and an existing painted finish. Refinishing recommended. A wonderful opportunity for a furniture enthusiast, vintage collector, or anyone looking for a quality Drexel piece to make their own.

This impressive credenza by the esteemed Drexel Furniture Company offers a masterclass in the refined intersection of Mid-Century Modern and Campaign-style design. Crafted with a beautiful wood grain, the piece is defined by its long, low profile and distinctive recessed brass pulls that lend an air of understated luxury. The functional interior layout includes a central bank of four spacious drawers flanked by two large cabinets, each revealing additional pull-out storage trays. Its substantial scale and clean lines make it an ideal choice for use as a grand media console, a statement sideboard in a formal dining area, or a high-end dresser in a primary suite.
