Seller's Notes:1960s brass hammered colonial scene which has been applied to the front and back of a wooden magazine or newspaper holder while the sides have been decorated with an interesting metal basket weave. Mostly original except the interior wood is now painted gold and it no longer stands on two woodblocks (small furniture pads have been applied - see picture). Overall quite sturdy and perfect for those that like all things British, shiny objects, or not-the-usual basket organizers.
