Seller's Notes:Vintage Oxblood Red Leather Sofa with Brass Nailheads (from he 40’s) It’s massive (4-seater - about 105” wide) Purchased at ABC modern in 2012 for $7000 (originally listed at $8500) Currently stored at the ground floor of our building with its back disassembled (to fit elevators or stairs). Cost to reassemble: $250 (not included) 2 of the base cushions (out of 4) need some reupholstery. (See Pic 2 &3) This vintage sofa is too big for our new apartment, so we’re (unfortunately) selling it. The original oxblood red leather upholstery is perfectly broken in, with overall aged patina and craquelure. There are a couple small repaired tears, a couple spots, and some overall cracking, scratches and rubs to the leather. The sides and backs have some uneven wear.
