Vintage 1960's Danish Modern Coffee Table
Product details
Seller's Notes:Solid and beautiful teak & glass Danish Modern coffee table in the style of Niels Bach. Passed down through generations in the United States, no recent exposure to cigarette smoke or pets (not for the last 25 years). It has signs of regular wear in the slight dullness of the wood and some small, barely noticeable stains, but nothing that can't be addressed. The half-shelf, contrasted teak grain and curved, seamless sides are the highlights of this regal piece. The glass top is thick, removable and has borne the weight of books, vases and serving trays loaded with coffee, lunch and dinner with ease. The far right corner of the glass has chipped in transport, but does not take away from the structural integrity of the glass top. The sides of the table are attached strongly, and once separate from the glass, the table is fairly easy to transport. I can provide wrapping paper and bubble wrap for the glass.
