Seller's Notes:Vintage 1960s 3-drawer dresser with removable bookcase hutch, solid maple wood in nutmeg finish, original hardware. Originally my mom's childhood furniture, then mine, now needs a new home. Dimensions: Dresser 30.5"H x 18"D x 42"W. Hutch sits on top, 42"W, 44" tall. Wear and tear: dresser is in great condition despite 60 years old, mild scratching (see photos). Hutch has some damage: backing is coming off at the top and wood is cracked (see photos). Will discount by $50 if you just want the dresser AND help me carry hutch to curb. Part of a bedroom set (see three other "Vintage 1960s" listings), discount if purchasing with more than one item from the set. If picking up, it's up 2 flights of stairs, no COI required, but heavy.
