Seller's Notes:Clean and in great shape, no smokers or pets in home. Great for a golf lover! Queen size mattress is clean and in great shape. This sofa is really comfortable to sit on and the fabric was treated with fabric protector prior to upholstery to make it stain resistant and easy to clean. Comes with removable arm covers they are on it in one of the photos. There are no stains or odors, there is a small 2” tear on the back of the right arm. It is not really visible and could be stitched. See side photo.
