Seller's Notes:This is a two piece custom made utility closet. The top piece adds 27.5 inches and is easily screwed to the bottom. Will sell both or bottom only. The bottom has a unit built in to hold mops and rooms and has hooks. Painted in "frappe" by Benjamin Moore. Has minor scratches and a few tiny holes on right side from where it was screwed into wall. Will stand without being attached.
