Seller's Notes:Previously loved sofa that was purchased a little over 6 years ago brand new. Used for about half of that amount of time. Beautiful tweed fabric/leather 3 piece set that includes a faux leather ottoman (measuring 35 inches x 35 inches). The two sofa pieces do not attach. There are some imperfections so please be aware of that before purchasing. As shown in pictures, the most major flaw is a broken wooden beam on the bottom of the chaise lounge section on the outer edge. It was reinforced with a whole piece of wood as seen in pictures. It’s stable in my opinion & I have no reason to believe it will break. Has maintained the bodyweight of a 150lb person for years since this defect was noticed & corrected. It also has some minor flaw from normal wear and tear like scratches on the wooden removable legs, small holes in corners of ottoman, the chaise lounge is slightly sunken in and occasionally squeaks. Price takes all this into account. Will come with all 10 pillows (8 large & two smaller ones). Open to questions and reasonable offers. Selling it because I’m moving and it’s too big for my new place.
