Seller's Notes:One of two matching sofas (the loveseat is also posted). There is no external wear, tear or blemishes. The seat cushions and back of the sofa provide great lumbar support and the arm rests have a nice curvature (a selling point for me). As shown in the photos, the upholstery material wraps around the entire sofa and is in excellent condition. The fabric is called "Lexie Linen" (not shown on the website). It is a durable and nice material, with silver nail head detailing secured along the front of the arms and the bottom. The legs are solid wood. We don't have any pets, children and we don't smoke so it is in excellent condition. It is comfy and deep enough for all heights and ages but the size is great for an apartment or any type of home. If you would like any other pictures happy to share them. Selling due to remodeling. P.S - if bought together as a set (the loveseat and the sofa) then the coffee table will be included, it has top and bottom storage space.
