Seller's Notes:Originally purchased in August 2021. I have maybe sat on it two dozen times in almost four years. I travel quite a bit for work and life so it's practically unused. AptDeco doesn't allow to me to choose a like new option because it's certainly better than just "good." I do not have any pets, no kids, and I don't smoke. I'm relocating overseas for work and need to get rid of it. Measurements listed are for the couch only. The ottoman is a separate piece and is 29" x 25". I am based in Washington, D.C. They also are no longer selling the left side in this color. The material is microsuede/suede, soft to touch. The couch does incredibly well at holding it's shape.
