Seller's Notes:I have been using this wood loft bed with shelves comfortably in my small studio for four years. It has natural finish and is much more sturdy and stable (supposed to hold up to 1,000 Ib), compared to cheap metal frames. The biggest damage is the scratches in the left side of the top panel due to the ladders (please see the close-up photo). The ladder can be hung on the left side of the bed only. I used to use the space under the bed as a living room with a two-seater sofa. The height under the bed is 58in.
