Seller's Notes:This set is beautiful and has been well taken care of. This is a smoke free and pet free home. Sad to sell, but moving. This set comes with 6 side chairs, 2 arm chairs, table opens to 114". Comes with (2) 20" leafs so you can choose how small or big you want to open your table. There a 2 minor surface scratches- 1 inch big. Blends in because the table has different shades of brown... can not see it unless you stare right at it. This set cost us over $5K and it was money well spent because of the quality. There is one step to go outside to the street from the dinning room. There is no staircase.
