Seller's Notes:I'm moving and this shade won't work with my new windows. I actually have 2 if you'd like a pair (I'll give you the 2nd one for free.) It's because the 2nd one became slightly damaged - part of the woven wood was coming undone/shredding - and when I informed The Shade Store, they just sent me a brand new one instead of repairing the shade. It's Top Down/Bottom Up so that you can have privacy, but still have light if you open the top. It's really beautiful, I hope it will work in one of your windows.
