Seller's Notes:Futon and stand were purchased new from the Futon Store in Austin. It was lightly used in the study of my house and occasionally as a very comfortable queen bed for guests. It is still in great shape. I just re-married and we have combined furniture in a smaller house so no longer need the futon.
