Product details

Seller's Notes:Tacchini Orsola ottoman, the matching footrest to Gastone Rinaldi's Orsola lounge chair, in tan/cognac leather on a steel base. It has been used sparingly. It measures 35.43" W x 31.50" D x 15.94" H. The matching Orsola lounge chair is listed separately. Moving out of NYC, so it needs to go soon.

The ottoman is handcrafted by master upholsterers just like they were fifty years ago—using revisited and up-to-date techniques. The Orsola ottoman is both retro and futuristic, an iconic design that works well in contemporary and classic design schemes, both at home and in public spaces. The Orsola Ottoman is a footstool or pouf with round and soft shapes. Orsola was designed in the 70s by the Italian designer Gastone Rinaldi. Today, Tacchini has produced the Orsola series as a new edition since 2021. The innovative design language is inviting and supported by a chromed metal frame that becomes an elegant detail. The production is made through traditional and skilled craftsmanship, in the same way as 50 years ago.
