It features: Light-gray polyester upholstery, a hardwood frame construction, high-density foam seat cushions with individually wrapped support coils with a low back design + wide track arms, and solid wood tapered feet (espresso finish). Built-in power: 2 power outlets + 4 USB ports Dimensions: ~127.6″ long × 64.2″ deep × 32.3″ high; ottoman is ~61.4″ × 24″ × 17.3″. Condition / Wear and Tear (visual / functional defects): USB-A ports broken: The USB-A charging ports in both armrests are no longer functional. Power outlets work: Despite the USB issue, the power outlets on both sides still work normally. Fabric condition: The fabric on the lounge part of of sectional was typically covered with a throw blanket, and there are no major stains visible. Ottoman: Some light cat clawing / scratching from pets over the years, but only cosmetic — no structural damage. Back cushions: The back pillows have lost some of their original fluff / loft; they’re a bit flatter than when new.
