This sofa has good bones and while the frame and leather surround remain in great condition, the cushions are now well loved and the seat cushion leather is now noticeably worn. (Refer to the photos and also note two slight tears in inconspicuous sections - back upper left corner and lower front corners). To bring this one back to its best, you might consider reupholstering in a fabric or leather of your choice - or you might recover only the cushions in a matching leather. 1st floor walk-up for delivery arrangements
