Seller's Notes:**SELLING 2 Pieces of A 3-PART SECTIONAL** 1 ARM SECTION W/ OR W/ OUT THE MIDDLE SECTION. ~$22k BRAND NEW. This olive-colored leather couch from Stickley has been in my family for ~13 years. General stains and scratches from the years, but it is certainly a piece of furniture that is built to last. All cushions remain firm. We had a dog and cat when I was younger, but this hasn't been exposed to a pet in ~7 years. Dimensions (inches): 2 Arm Sofas: 32h x 84w x 37d 1 Middle Section: 32h x 72w x 38d I had this shipped up to NYC from Nashville ~ a year ago, it had been in storage for a couple of years.
