Seller's Notes:This a beautiful gray midcentury Steelcase tanker desk (metal desk with a formica top). It's a solid, serious piece of furniture in great condition with a few blemishes and some age-appropriate wear. Also, it can be disassembled for transport. The top can be separated from the two side drawer pieces and the drawers themselves can be removed, which makes carrying much easier. (Please note: The desk will need to be disassembled to leave the room it's in. It can be left disassembled for transport, or it can reassembled if one-piece transport is required or preferred.) Some details: - 30.25" deep, 60" wide, and 29" tall - Six drawers: three on the left, two on the right, one in the middle. All drawers open and close smoothly. The file drawer has a slight bit of a jut at one corner, but it's minor and doesn't affect its performance at all. - The file drawer is more than two feet deep and holds a ton of files. Sale includes the file rack I bought for it, if wanted. - The middle drawer has a built in pen holder. - There are two sturdy pull-out shelves, one on each side, for extra desktop space. (One of them has a bit of paint/tape/scuff on it.) - There are four metal slats to be used to divide up the smaller drawers however you see fit. - The top is a light gray, marbly-patterned formica in mostly great condition. There are a few light scratches, but no glaringly deep ones and no stains. - The most wear is on the edges, which have some deeper visible scratches, including on the top left front.
