Seller's Notes:A piece of Oakland, CA history. Oakland Trunk Factory original trunk purchased by our grandfather sometime between 1906-1911. Has original suaswastika emblem (our understanding this is the proper spelling of the symbol pointing in reverse of the German symbol appropriated in 1920) which symbolizes peace and good. It is in very good condition for its age, some leather is dry and straps are missing. Contact paper was added many years ago to protect inside, it can easily be removed.
