Seller's Notes:Large, sturdy trunk with a small drawer on bottom and compartment in the lid. Solid wood - heavy item. I used it as a decorative side table and to store off season clothes, could also be used for linens, photos, etc. Good antique condition, but has some scratches and other imperfections (bottom drawer isn’t easy to open/close, and the inner lid compartment closure hook is challenging to close) - it was almost definitely used for its original purpose back in the day (shipping/traveling). It’s on wheels that are rusted, so I set it on furniture sliders and move it around that way - I can include those sliders for you. Maker: Lock is labelled Yale & Towne Mfg Co. - trunk maker unknown Comes from a smoke-free, pet-free, child-free home (no offense to the children, but they can be sticky 😬), but as an antique item I can't speak to its lifestyle before it came into my hands! Priced to sell since I'm moving soon!
