Seller's Notes:This was purchased brand new in 2016. The Table Top has never been fully bolted down, I have all hardware. The chairs have never been sat in for more than a few minutes on rare occasions. This has been formal dining room filler for decor in the past two houses I've lived. I'm a single Dad, my son is going off to college and I don't have room for it in my new place, as I'm downsizing. There isn't a flaw on ANY of the items. This is literally as close to perfect as you can get. It has original SKU numbers on each item, base of the table, table top which removes for easy moving. The buffet which unfolds into a larger table, which could also extend the current table to an extremely large table for a huge gathering. There are two chairs with arms, and two without. The genuine leather seating surfaces are flawless. The upholstery is perfect, no pets, no smoking ever in my home. I paid over $6000 when I purchased this new, and I've been the only owner. It won't go down in value from this point, and I'm selling it extremely inexpensive becuase it must go FAST! By the end of July it must be removed from my house or It goes to storage.
