Seller's Notes:I am selling this trusty futon because I am moving to London in September. It is in near-perfect condition as it is just over a year old, and is the perfect addition to any living room, especially smaller ones because of the additional storage below. It's ideal for anyone who frequently has weekend visitors or Airbnb guests over. The futon is eight inches thick to provide maximum comfort and support (it even has the mom stamp of approval). The bonded leather can easily be spot cleaned, just in case you spill anything. The classic design of the futon allows it to match with both contemporary and traditional styles of furniture. I am a non-smoker and have no pets.
