Seller's Notes:We got this table in 2021 via our decorator, brand new. It retailed for $1207 and is solid wood oak. Very sturdy. Unfortunately we got oil on the table, tried to remove the stain with vinegar making it worse (see spot on top of table). If the table was to be lightly sanded and stained it would be be in perfect condition otherwise. No scratches or nicks. When we have placemats down you can't see the stain and in certain lighting you can't see it either. Regardless we are getting a new table so selling this one. Chairs NOT included. If picking up in Boston, we live in an elevator building and the table will fit in it.
