Seller's Notes:The futon is sturdily constructed and made of heavy, solid wood. Apart from a few minor nicks in the finish, (picture for example of nicks is included) it is in perfect condition. The futon has spent most of its time in the “bed” position and so the mechanism that switches it from bed to couch has had very little wear and tear and still works as smoothly as the day it arrived. There are two spacious drawers for under bed storage. I am the original owner and it has served me well for 15 years. If not for the need to downsize, I’d keep it indefinitely and have no reason to believe it wouldn’t last me a lifetime. Upon purchase, seller will do a deep clean of the futon and you will receive it in spotless condition as if it had just arrived from the factory.
