Seller's Notes:This dining set was bought new and has been used only for special occasions over the last 20 years. It lives in a dry conditioned space and has not been exposed to sunlight. No water damage. The top surface is in impeccable condition, as it has been covered with a table pad most of the time. There are minor scratches on the legs (see photos). 77" long x 42" wide x 31" tall. Has one removable leaf that is 18" wide. The table is heavy, solid wood. The wood grain pattern on the top appears to be thin film beneath the table finish. Table pad included. 4 chairs included. Cane backs in excellent condition. No damage to wood or cane. Minor stains on the seats of a couple of the chairs that would probably come out with an upholstery cleaner.
