Seller's Notes:Cushions are stuffed with down I need to be fluffed up frequently. There is a section of the fabric on the Schess section that is a bit worn looking, but it didn't show up on the photo of the fabric. This couch is super comfortable because of the down but the negative side is that it does require frequent pillow turning and fluffing to look as good as it feels. I purchased this from Sofa.com when they had a showroom in the Flatiron District. They are a UK-based company (home of Shabby Chic decor) and have since shut down the US showroom and are still open in the UK. http://www.sofa.com/
