Seller's Notes:For sale as a pair are a matching pair of couches (a three seater and a love seat) in good condition. They're very comfortable. The fabric is microsuede, so you can clean it of virtually any blemish. They've served us well, but we moved to a smaller apartment, and these units are a little bulky as you can see from the pics. They're about 7 years old, but still have lots of life left. Couches are in Fort Greene Brooklyn. PIck up by 12/31!
