Seller's Notes:Smith & Noble custom cut roller shades with decorative fringe trim. Espresso brown offers a good amount of "blackout" coverage from sun/light. They've been in and out of storage but for all intents and purposes they're quite functional. Hardware at ends may be incomplete but they can definetly get hung with right hardware installed in a window frame. The fringe is coming apart slightly on right side as pictured but I'm sure it could be touched up. As pictured there are some whitish marks from storage during a renovation. But these can easily be cleaned off with a sponge. Make an offer.
