Seller's Notes:Moving and selling our sofa. The sectional is 4+ years old and is still in great condition, coming from a pet free and smoke free home. Both sides of the sofa lift up for storage under the sofa. The back also folds down flat to transform into a sleeper sofa, great for guests. There is are no obvious rips, tears, or stains in the fabric. The only damage is that the bottom base is separating slightly, creating a gap (pictured).
