Seller's Notes:This sofa has been used as a clean laundry sorting pile for the last four years. So very very little structural wear and tear! Swooped arm makes it feel much more expensive than it is. It's beautiful, but fabric does fade quite a bit with sun exposure (hence the selling price), which gives the fabric a slightly darker in some places, lighter in others vibe. Fabric is much lighter in person than in the site provided image. Would make a really chic upholstery project, if the fabric is not for you.
