Seller's Notes:Delivered to my home in December 2022. It's the 84" wide, Ink Cap light weight Linen, Polyfill option if you visit the brand site. Great condition - rarely used. Always kept waterproof blanket covering the linen to prevent the dog [hypoallergenic] from causing any kind of damage. And to prevent me from spilling anything accidentally. Will steam clean for you as well. Does require fluffing to maintain shape. Linen creates lived in look so some wrinkling occurs with use but easily smoothes out with fluffing and light steaming. Still this is the look and it's never going to be super taut like other designs. I find it easy to move around my concrete floors to clean underneath or re-arrange furniture as needed, even though it's sturdy and decent weight. Carpet might require sliders if you want to be able to easily reposition on a regular basis. I'm selling because it is a bit too soft/doughy for me personally, and I also don't use the sofa much as I find myself sitting at my desk or in my bed 98% of the time. Locals are welcome to come test out and examine up close.
