Seller's Notes:We love this sofa, it is modern and minimalist and so comfortable. It is a large piece and unfortunately doesn’t fit with the layout in our new apartment. This 2 piece sectional (pieces attach solidly) has lived through a dog and kids, and does have the expected wear from years of use (leather sitting surface has worn areas in a few places). The heavily discounted price reflects the fact that we need to sell ASAP as we already have new sofas and this one is sitting in middle of room waiting to find a new home! This is absolutely a solid sofa that has many years of life left in it. If the worn areas really bothered you, the individual leather squares that make up the sitting surface could be replaced.
