Seller's Notes:This Ethan Allen sofa has been the centerpiece of our formal living room since it was purchased. The room has always been gated from pets, kids, and nosey visitors. The sofa has been used for seating on less than 10 occasions, and while it has armrest protectors, they are also in perfect condition, as are the armrests themselves. We are in the process of downsizing and will not have room for this wonderful piece, while sad to see it go, we are hoping it goes to a good home. The piece is likely easy to move as the living room is on the main floor with only two steps and a short walk to the driveway.
