Seller's Notes:Right Facing custom sectional purchased through J Marshall Showroom in the Chicago Merchandise Mart. Dorosuede Fabric that is extremely durable and comfortable. Fabric does not stain. All pillow and cushion casings are removable and can be machine washed on delicate (not dried). Long Side measures 106.25" Chaise measures 84 " . Comes as two pieces 1.) piece against wall 71.25 x 29.5 x 35 2.) piece against window 84 x 29.5 x 35. Cushion depth measures 28" from frame, 24" from pillow. Slight wearing of wood at base of couch. Can be touched up with a wood marker. Accent pillows not included.
