Seller's Notes:Beautiful pair of armchairs purchased at Pierre Deux in the 1980's. In sturdy condition, the chairs are made of blue painted wood with a distressed look (note that they aren't distressed from wear -- they look the same as when they were purchased over 30 years ago). The hand woven rush seats are in excellent condition -- there is one piece of rush that has come loose, and it can be fixed with a little glue (I will leave that to you). The chairs come with the original cushions in a classic Pierre Deux fabric. As you can see from the photos, one cushion shows some wear but is in usable condition, while the other is ripped and needs to be replaced (although these chairs are comfortable and look beautiful without cushions). I am including the cushions as a template if you wish to have new ones made.
