Seller's Notes:This is a nice Serta 2-seat couch I've had for less than 1 year. There is a small stain you can see on the front left cushion, but because the material naturally varies in color, you would not ordinarily notice it unless you know it's there. The couch is in very good condition and has never been exposed to smoke, pets or any other odor-causers. I am only selling it because I'm moving apartments to one that already has a couch, but someone will get a lot of enjoyment out of this guy!
