Seller's Notes:I purchased this item from overstock 2 years ago but barely used it as I often travel for work ( I was in my apartment only during the weekends). I am moving out of state and don't want to move the futon with me. It is very comfortable and has a couple of stains which are not noticeable. The sofa is very comfy.
