Seller's Notes:I have used this Tom Seely secretary with bookcase and drop-down desk in my living room, family room, home office and bedroom. It works anywhere. It comes in 2 sections which makes it easier to move. Purchased in Richmond, VA. Beautifully crafted, stained pine makes the piece a warm addition with lots of storage to any room. Top bookcase section with glass “windows” has 3 shelves. Bottom section has the drop-down desk and 4 drawers of graduated depths. With the writing surface down, you can see that there are several small drawers and nooks and crannies for storage of smaller items with privacy. Brass hardware. There is a key to lock the dropleaf desk. There are a few nicks, chips and scratches but not a lot. You can touch them up or leave as is to give the secretary character. )
