Seller's Notes:Need it picked up ASAP, price negotiable. Selling my sofa, lightly used for about a year - great condition, no stains or tears! It will be cleaned thoroughly before I hand it over. Price negotiable. Super comfy sofa and sleeper, a LOT of storage underneath, and perfect for smaller apartments. The only defect is the second arm was missing from the manufacturer but it’s not noticeable and can easily be covered with the wall or side table.
