Seller's Notes:This beautiful, custom-made sectional with chaise lounge comes in a warm biscotti color and is incredibly comfortable. It is in fantastic condition and has been kept in a clean, smoke-free home since it was purchased less than two years ago for more than twice the asking price. There is a slight blemish on the back of the couch (see pictures), but other than that it is like new. Easy to clean because it's microfiber - simply use a wet cloth. The ONLY reason we're getting rid of this is because it doesn't quite fit with our new apartment - we are VERY sad to see it go! Approximate dimensions are: 118 (main piece) x 86 (chaise lounge depth)
