Seller's Notes:Moving on 6/1 and hoping to sell this couch to upgrade as my new space can now fit a something larger. I bought this loveseat from a couple in park slope 2 years ago who were also moving into a new place and were getting something bigger. They had purchased it new from Sears less than a year before and showed me the receipt - they had paid $900 for it. I can’t find the original listing anywhere online, but found a similar with the same mechanical hardware (Leggett & Platt). It’s an amazing couch and extremely comfortable, especially with the automatic reclining. Actually quite sad to be getting rid of it, but my new place calls for a sectional, so unfortunately it must go. Would need to be picked up the week of 5/25. $500 obo! 71” W x 31” D x 38” H
